Black Kohl Eyeliner is an excellent professional quality black eyeliner that glides on smoothly delivering rich even dark coloring.  Apply as close to the roots of your eyelashes for a natural look.  Can be worn for a very clean straight line or smudged for smokey, sexy look.  It's a great basic pencil that should be in every one's makeup kit.  ~ Jill
